Greetings From Rocketland is the second record from Swedish Melodic Rock band Rockett Love. Formed in 2015 by singer Daniel Samuelsson and guitarist Stefan Westerlund, Rockett Love was formed out of a mutual passion for Melodic Rock. With Gustaf Eklund (lead guitars and vocals), Dennis Vestman (bass and vocals) and Fredrik Ahlin (drums, percussion, and vocals) rounding out the current line up, Rockett Love has put together an outstanding record.

Greetings From Rocketland is filled with killer Melodic Rock tunes, big vocals, big guitars, big hooks, and riffs aplenty. Had this record been released in 1988, Rockett Love would be a name mentioned with some of the biggest Hair Metal bands of the era. “Get Ready Go” is just one of many anthemic tracks ideally suited to cruising with the top down and the radio up. “Take Me Home” is a heartfelt and more serious ballad with an emotional punch. “King For One Day” is another standout rocker, but most every track has Melodic Rock power without sounding overly formulaic.

The record is well-produced, and while the production is clearly modern, manages to capture the essence of the AOR, Melodic Rock, Hair Metal sound and aesthetic. Fans of Rockett Love, Melodic Rock, Hair Metal, and AOR will definitely want to give Greetings From Rocketland a listen.

Red Reign toured with Tesla in 2017, and shared the stage with Dokken, FireHouse, Lita Ford, Kix, Quiet Riot, and others at various dates around the US in 2018. Stevie heard his first KISS record at the age of 6 and was immediately hooked on Rock and Roll guitar. Over the course of years his tastes evolved, graduating from KISS to Ozzy and Van Halen; and then into Hair Metal. Over time, harder and faster music drew him. Bands like Metallica, Pantera, and Anthrax led the way, and Killswitch Engage took him over the top. Stevie has a deep passion for the guitar, not only playing them, but building them as well.
