Guitarist TUTO HALLGRIM, released his first album in 2019, called Do It Yourself, which was well received by the media and included interviews, and reports of the music being played on radio stations in more than 20 countries.
Earlier this year the musician released his second instrumental album entitled Nothing Is Larger Than My Beliefs. Like the first album, Tuto recorded the guitars, basses, and drum programming as well as handled the production. All the music was recorded in his home studio in the city of São Bernardo do Campo, where he is also a music teacher.
Nothing Is Larger Than My Beliefs is different from the first album which was based only on references from the 80s/90s. On Nothing Is Larger Than My Beliefs, you’ll find influences from bands like Lamb Of God, Gojira, Meshuggah, and In Flames.
On the Guest DJ Show this Friday, TUTO HALLGRIM will play 10 of his favorite and inspirational music tracks. After his playlist, we’ll play a handful of tracks off that latest release, Nothing Is Larger Than My Beliefs.
