In January of 2017 the musicians Dalton Castro (guitars) and Maurício Velasco (drums) decided to create Ignited, a band with the purpose to play energetic heavy metal with great melodies. To complete the lineup, they invited Denis Lima (vocals) and Sama Benedet (bass), and together finished the first songs as a band. Inspired by traditional heavy metal, but with identity and modern approach, Ignited released debut record and first LP Steelbound in the Summer of 2020.

And here comes the time for Ignited‘s Dalton Castro to host this week’s The Friday Guest DJ Hour Show.
