Italy’s Kaledon has been through a few changes, including brining on board a new singer and a new record label (Scarlet), who has spearheaded remastering and is now reissuing Kaledon’s most popular album: Legend of the Forgotten Reign – Chapter IV: Twilight of the Gods. For those unfamiliar with Kaledon, they are an Epic Power Metal band in every sense of the word. Their albums tell full and complex stories amid a typically fast-paced soundscape. Unlike many others in this subgenre, Kaledon has nearly mastered the “perfect” mix between story line and melodic relevance. This may not be Operation: Mindcrime, but it’s an enjoyable album nonetheless.

His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
