Mushroom Cloud is a 3-piece Melodic Death Metal band from Denmark, formed in 2008. After a few demos to their credit, the band’s first full-length album is entitled In Mad Minute. Song titles such as “Fuck Alt Delete,” “No Escape,” and “Bipolar” should help you figure out what you’re going to get lyrically – coupled with plenty of anger, aggression, and in-your-face Cookie Monster vocals. If you’re a Death Metal fan, Mushroom Cloud’s debut is probably worth checking out. Otherwise, the Melodic component within the band’s soundscape isn’t strong enough to overcome their musical similarities to countless other Death Metal bands.
