SVEN FISCHER (RAGE): “We Don’t Want It Too Perfect”

In 1996 Rage released their 12th album End of All Days. This is a chat with guitarist Sven Fischer (ex-Pyracanda) who had joined Rage on the previous album Black in Mind. Hear him talk about the differences between the two albums, why there are 16 (!) tracks on the new album and how it was recorded. You also get to hear about the experience bringing a 40 piece orchestra into the studio for the recording of the Lingua Mortis EP, before it became a trend recording with orchestras. Sven also talks about covering “Jawbreaker” for a Judas Priest tribute album.
