This Friday’s Guest DJs: NEUROBLADE

Prepare for a metal masterclass as NEUROBLADE steps into the spotlight for a special Guest DJ show! With their debut album Desert Claw dropping May 2nd, NEUROBLADE is ready to showcase the music that forged their sound—a fierce blend of heavy and thrash metal, sharpened by old-school melodies and unstoppable hooks.

Born from the long-standing creative partnership between Jochen and David—known for their work in ENCHANTRESS and SHOCKER—Neuroblade is the result of years of musical ideas finally unleashed. In 2023, refusing to let their vision fade, Jochen and David took charge: David crafted the guitar and bass tracks in his home studio, layering in tight, modern drumbeats, and together they shaped these elements into the powerful songs that define Desert Claw.

For this Guest DJ Hour, Neuroblade will be spinning ten of their all-time favorite Hard Rock and Metal tracks—expect a mix of legendary classics and deep cuts that inspired their journey. After their picks, stay tuned for an exclusive preview of tracks from Desert Claw, ahead of its May 2nd release.

"My philosophy is to try to give all Metal releases a fair chance to get promoted in one way or another. As you can imagine, it can be an arduous task to listen through about 20 albums every week! Still, I know we have the best METAL dedicated radio on this planet, and that is a reward in and of itself.
