This Friday lead guitarist and founder, Jeff Losawyer, of the Florida/Georgia-based, Voodoo Moonshine will take over the DJ microphone at Metal Express Radio. Voodoo Moonshine is a “bluesy groove rock band” formed in Memphis, TN in 2003. Their debut album, Decade Of Decay, was released in 2005. The album continued to do well into 2007. Then Voodoo Moonshine took some time off and Jeff pursued some solo work. Before you know it 12 years had passed when Jeff finds singer Pedro Espada on YouTube and persistently forges an alliance with him, former Nova Cruise member Eddie Cruise and Hector Acevedo resulting in Voodoo Moonshine reforming and releasing their sophomore release, Bottom Of The Barrel, last February!
On this week’s Guest DJ Show Jeff will play ten of his favorite Classic Metal tracks. After his playlist, we’ll play a handful of tracks from Voodoo Moonshine’s latest and sophomore release, Bottom Of The Barrel.
The Friday Guest DJ Hour Show airs at the following times:
15:00 and 21:00 Central Europe
9:00 am and 3:00 pm US East Coast
6:00 am and 12:00 pm US West Coast
