Power Metal band Firewind is finally back on tour since the pandemic started. Even that is by chance as Battle Beast had to drop from the current Dragonforce US tour. Luckily, Dragonforce guitarist Herman Li had Gus G’s phone number, and just like that; Firewind to the rescue!
Metal Express Radio caught up with Firewind founder and guitarist Gus G along with Firewind vocalist Herbie Langhans as the tour made its way through Chicago, Illinois, USA! We talked about finally touring again, how they kept busy during the downtime, and how Firewind expects to celebrate 2022 as it’s the 20th anniversary of the band!
