Confess is an Iranian Heavy Metal band formed in Tehran, Iran, in 2010. In 2015 they were charged with blasphemy for their music, in which they expressed anti-religious and anti-government views. In 2017 the band petitioned for political asylum in Norway and their petition was granted. In Norway they continued to make music and added a couple of Norwegians to their ranks.
Their style is a mix between Groove Metal, NuMetal, NWOAHM and Thrash Metal. On January 21, 2022, they are releasing their third full-length album Revenge at All Costs.
This Friday vocalist and guitarist Nikan “Siyanor” Khosravi will introduce and play his 10 favorite tracks on the show. After the show we’ll play 30 minutes worth of their music.
