Five years on the road is a mighty long time. However it’s the rush from the crowds that get UK thrash heroes Onslaught going. Once their tour cycle died down, the band got hard to work on their recently released 7th album Generation Antichrist (read our review HERE). An album that is full of energy, anger, and thrash mayhem. Onslaught take on the government, politics, and religion on their latest opus. Metal Express Radio interviewed Onslaught founder, guitarist, and songwriter Nige Rockett. Nige defines where he was coming from lyrically on some of his favorite songs from the album. Rockett also gets into the early days of Onslaught, future new material, and demons in the recording studio. Definitely worth a listen!
