The foundation of Mystery Blue dates back to 1982 by the guitarist Frenzy Philippon. After the release of two successful albums – the eponymous debut LP “Mystery Blue”, followed by “Circle Of Shame” and relentless touring throughout the years, they went on hiatus at the end of the ’80s.
In 1996, guitarist and founder Frenzy reformed Mystery Blue with the vocalist Nathalie Geyer. After many years of touring and performing numerous gigs, simultaneously releasing albums – exceptional examples of Heavy Metal, in 2019, with line-up consisting of Frenzy Philippon (guitar), Sylvain Ebersoldt (guitar), Nathalie Geyer (vocals), Vince Koehler (drums) and Florian Trug (bass), the band hit the headbangers one more time with the newest record 8Red.
