With their third album The Earth Embraces Us All ready to hit the streets, Italy’s Temperance has begun to establish themselves as true force and innovator in the female-fronted Metal fraternity (or sorority?).  Unlike many bands utilizing a female vocalist, Temperance is not a Symphonic Metal band per se … rather they experiment, test, and play with several forms of Metal and occasional unique instrument choices to produce a Progressive, Melodic, Modern, Folk Metal blend that certainly highlights vocalist Chiara Tricarico’s talents.

Sometimes their experimentation comes together splendidly with strokes of pure genius, but at other times The Earth Embraces Us All may leave you perplexed and scratching your head.  If you’re a fan of the eclectic, then this album may be right up your alley.
