North Carolina, USA-based Widow is back with a vengeance via the release of their 5th full-length studio album entitled Carved In Stone. For Traditional Metal enthusiasts, this album pretty much has “it all”. There are plenty of great riffs, crunching power chords, thunderous drumming, and a very capable vocalist in John E. Wooten IV leading the charge at the microphone. The album’s 12 tracks offer enjoyable and “fresh-sounding” Metal that is sure to capture your attention and keep it for the 50-minute duration of Carved In Stone. From an Old School Metal perspective, this release is one of 2016’s best.

Songs from this new release will be featured at 6:00/18:00 CET & Midnight/Noon EST on the day indicated. All featured DAILY ALBUM PREMIERES will have a short review posted the day it’s on the show!

The FRIDAY edition of the Daily Album Premiere show contains 3 tracks from each of the Daily Premiere Albums featured during the week. Be sure to tune in here!

Based out of Indianapolis, USA he was first turned on to Hard Rock music in the mid-1970s when he purchased Deep Purple's Machine Head as his first album. He was immediately enthralled with the powerful guitar sound and pronounced drumbeat, and had to get more! His collection quickly expanded to include as many of Heavy Rock bands of the time that he could get his hands on, such as Ted Nugent, Judas Priest, and Black Sabbath, to name just a few.
